Krystal Smith
BASED IN TEXAS
She’s helped build a family business. Now, she’s making room for a dream of her own.
A wife, mom of four boys, and co-founder of Next Level Orthodontics in the Texas Hill Country, Krystal knows what it takes to turn a vision into something real. Alongside her husband, she helps lead their family-owned practice across two locations, overseeing operations while shaping its branding, marketing, and community relationships.
Life at home is full of boys—including the family’s adored goldendoodle and cat. With four sons and two much-loved pets, Krystal has plenty of love and personality around her.
Her work has taught her that trust comes from showing up consistently and building relationships people can count on. But one of her proudest measures of leadership is having the confidence to encourage someone else’s next step—even when it means watching them leave.

Now, at 40, Krystal is giving herself that same encouragement.
She’s making room for the creative interests she wants to explore: style, fitness, home design, travel, and the everyday moments she enjoys sharing. This new decade is an opportunity to build something that reflects her own ideas and excitement—and to discover where it might lead.
