Payout

Quote Expiration

Buyout offers are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise specified.

If the offer expires, BRISA may re-evaluate the item based on current market conditions.

AUTHENTICATION & VERIFICATION

All items submitted to BRISA undergo professional authentication review.

BRISA may utilize third-party authentication services, including Entrupy verification technology, to confirm authenticity.

If an item cannot be verified as authentic, it will be returned to the sender or handled in accordance with authentication procedures.

BRISA reserves the right to refuse or remove any item that does not meet authenticity standards.

CONDITION ADJUSTMENT POLICY

All quotes and consignment estimates are based on the condition described at the time of submission.

If the item arrives in different condition than represented, BRISA reserves the right to:

• Adjust the offer value
• Decline the item
• Convert the transaction to consignment with client approval

SHIPPING WINDOW POLICY

Once a BRISA prepaid shipping label has been issued, the customer has three (3) business days to ship the item.

If the item is not shipped within this time frame, the label will be voided and the transaction canceled.

Failure to ship within the designated window may result in the customer losing eligibility for future cash buyout opportunities through the BRISA BUYS program.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ITEMS

BRISA reserves the right to decline items at any stage of the intake process if they do not meet program standards, including:

• authenticity concerns
• condition issues
• limited resale demand
• brand restrictions

PRICING & DISCOUNT POLICY

Consigned items may be discounted or promoted in order to facilitate a successful sale.

BRISA will make reasonable efforts to maintain the agreed pricing strategy, but reserves the right to adjust pricing when necessary to complete a transaction.
